Servo drive gearheads for high to medium precision applications

In response to market demand, Wittenstein has developed the V-Drive+ servo worm gearhead, which features exceptionally low circumferential backlash thanks to special concave-profile teeth. The concave teeth also ensure consistently high positional accuracy and up to 50% more torque.

Another new product, the V-Drive economy series has a circumferential backlash of less than 8 arc minutes and offers an economical alternative to the V-Drive+, where precision is not so critical. This gearhead family is likewise based on the superior concave-profile tooth principle, and combines high torque capacity andh high efficiency not normally achievable with standard worm gearhead designs.
