Ultra compact bevel gearboxes

Ultra compact Neeter Drive N-range gearboxes are designed for the transmission of rotary mechanical power through ninety degrees, or split power from one input drive to two or three output drives. They use precision cut spiral bevel gears to deliver a smooth and quiet transmission with an efficiency of up to 98%.

Features include:
 Solid Shaft and hollow shaft designs.
 2, 3 and 4 way shaft configurations.
 5 gear ratios (1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1 & 4:1)
 Torque ratings up to 3000Nm as standard.
 5 gearbox sizes – 35, 37, 38, 39 and 40.
 Housing is a high quality design made in a Robust SG Iron.
 All gears are case hardened alloy steel.
 Improved bearing support for gears.
 Spiral bevel gear form transmits relatively high loads smoothly and evenly.
 10,000 hour service life as standard.
 Special designs available including extended shafts, subsea and other gear ratios.
