Aerco is now supplying the Glenair range of hermetically sealed D38999 connectors that are suitable for high pressure, low leakage applications in aviation, naval and aerospace equipment.The connectors are offored on a two-week delivery schedule, with no minimum order quantities on the more common shell styles and contact layouts (including jam nut, solder mount, wall mount and box mount versions). This availability is a considerable improvement over the industry average delivery time of eight weeks.
Glenair hermetic connectors are available in MIL-DTL-38999 series I, II, III and IV and are on the Qualified Product List (QPL). Contact styles include solder cup, PCB feed-through and eyelet and a variety of shell materials and finishes are available including passivated stainless steel, carbon steel and electrodeposited nickel over stainless steel.
