Parker Hannifin's new AP Series piston accumulators are suitable for
hydraulic systems working at pressures up to 350bar, where high flow
rates and short discharge times are the norm. Typical applications
include die -casting and plastic injection moulding, where piston speeds
can reach 8m/s.
These CE approved pressure vessels are available in a wide variety of
lengths, bore sizes from 51mm to 360mm, and volumes from 0.1 to 300
litres. The same fluid capacity can be achieved from different
configurations of bore and length for design flexibility, and mounting
orientation can be angled or horizontal, as required. Auxiliary CE
approved gas bottles can also be supplied to provide a remote source of
pre-charge pressure.
