Eight Ethernet terminals in a single compact device

With a focus on cost-efficiency the Murrelektronik Tree Switch series can combine up to eight Ethernet terminal devices in a single, compact device. These switches are suitable for both fast Ethernet connection and for networks with lower transfer rates. The RJ45 ports support data transfer rates of 10 or 100 Mbit/s. The transfers are automatically detected via an auto-negotiation function.

Thanks to an auto-crossing capacity, the interfaces detect which connection cables are connected. This avoids wiring errors. A redundantly structured power supply ensures reliable operations. The biggest advantage of the unmanaged switches is that they do not have to be configured – completely different devices can be connected without any problems. Thanks to the Plug & Work technology, the switches can be quickly and conveniently put into operation.

Murrelektronik’s switches are suitable for DIN rail mounting. Featuring a width of only 22.5 mm (with 4 ports) of 45 mm (with 8 ports) they don’t require much space. LEDs allow easy visual control for data rate and operating condition.
