Improved Brush Life And Performance In Dc Motors

Pittman Lo-Cog 14000 series motors from Penn Engineering benefit from an integrated cartridge brush assembly called 'Superbrush' that features torsion spring assemblies to ensure constant brush force over the life of the motor. The cartridge style assembly, comprising a two-piece, snap-together plastic housing in which each of two brushes is seated within its own slot, fits into the motor base. Copper graphite brushes are included as standard, but for even longer life, electrographitic brushes can be supplied.Email: europe@pennmotion.com
