Aerco now supplies a comprehensive range of products from Habia Cable designed specifically for use in rolling stock and railroad infrastructure applications. Known as RailGuard these cables have high levels of mechanical and chemical resistance, flame retardancy, low toxicity, low smoke emission and are built to CENELEC standards.
Aerco also supplies cables from Habia Cable that conform to BS6853, DIN5510-2, NF-F63826, TM 1-04 and individual customers’ specifications for demanding applications such as jumper cables, underground lighting and speed sensor brake cables.
Habia Cable products for the rail industry carry accreditations that include ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14001/2004. The company holds international certification including EN, LUL, NF, UL, CSA, VDE, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, DNV, FMV, DEF STAN (UK). RATP and SCNF approval is pending
