HARTING has added a 2-pin 100 A crimp module to its Han-Modular range of heavy-duty industrial connectors. The combination of crimp technology and the high current rating makes the new module ideally suited to the requirements of the rail industry, where crimp connectors are widely used.
The new module is designed for wire cross-sections from 16 mm² to 35 mm², and is rated at 1000 V working voltage. The cable aperture is big enough to accommodate large cables with 14 mm insulation diameter.
