The PPR50 pallet system from Micromech achieves a throughput rate of just 7s per container for a payload of up to 50kg, and it can be installed in restricted height buildings, thanks to the use of telescopic actuators. The unit's PC-based interface provides a range of programs, including a library of pallet-handling images. Both automatic and manual operating modes are available, and operator guidance is available via text messages and graphic displays. An Ethernet interface is available for host computer connection.
