The simple and compact from Micromechare suitable for step-and-repeat type positioning for small to medium sized components. Two versions are offered: belt and ball screw driven, the former providing speeds up to 5m/s with an accuracy of 100micron, the latter for speeds up to 2m/s with an accuracy of 20micron. The load-bearing carriage runs on roller bearings for all belt drive modules and standard ball screw units, but for higher load requirements the ball screw units are supplied with an optional square-rail carriage system. Stroke lengths up to 2,800mm are possible, and there is a choice of two profile sizes: 32mm and 50mm.
