According to its manufacturer, Michell Instruments, a new generation
ceramic moisture sensor outperforms virtually allother gas humidity
sensors on the market. Using a combination of thin and thick film
manufacturing techniques and integrated digital signal processing,
Michell's sensor achieves a typical calibration accuracy of +/-0.2oC dew
point, is able to operate at pressures up to 300bar g and offers a long
term stability better than +/-1oC dew point per year.
