Michell Instruments has introduced a hygrometer range called Easidew that
is claimed to provide a high level of accuracy and repeatability at low
cost. Enabling both on-line and off-line measurement of the moisture
content of gases to be carried out quickly, simply and reliably, Easidew
is suitable for applications where it is unnecessary to read extreme
levels of dew point (below -100°C), such as monitoring the quality of
compressed air or medical gases.
Based on Michell's C2TX interchangeable ceramic sensor technology,
Easidew is supplied in four versions: transmitter only, an on-line
hygrometer with display and alarm outputs, a portable unit and a special
unit for OEMs wishing to integrate hygrometry into their machines and
systems.
