Motion Control Products is announcing three new body sizes of Tolomatic MXE series, a range of rodless screw drive electric actuators designed with its exclusive Endurance Technology features for maximum durability.
MXE electric actuator can provide increased moment loads and greater load capability ranging from 77kgs force to 5,683kgs force for Fz loads. It is available in two rugged, durable bearing options: The Solid Bearing design optimises stress distribution for high performance, and with the Profiled Rail design, MXE uses THK Caged Ball technology to reduce friction and extend actuator life.
Benefited from MXE’s multiple screw technologies, customers can select from a choice of five solid nut screw designs, composed of engineered resin for quiet and affordable performance, or from three ball nut screws delivering positioning accuracy and repeatability for longer life with low-backlash. Plus MXE features upgraded reed and solid-state style switches, which are both CE rated and RoHS compliant.
