The latest product to come out of Mayr's EAS Compact series of backlash
free torque limiting clutches is an that is suitable for
speeds up to 8,000rpm. Features include instantaneous disengagement on
torque overload, no residual torque transmission during disengagement and
re-engagement on application of external force. Seven sizes cover the
range 5 to 2,800Nm in shaft diameters to 75mm. Shaft-to-shaft types are
available with flexible couplings.
