Relays with a built-in input resistor save mounting space

Now available in a miniature package, Panasonic's new PhotoMOS relays are voltage-sensitive types that require no externally mounted input resistor (recommended input voltage = 5V). This avoids the need for an external input resistor and simplifies board design. Five standard models are available in three packages: SSOP, SOP 4-pin and SOP 16-pin.
