The new ST4 safety single beam sensor from Panasonic allows up to six sets of sensor heads to be connected to a single controller, offering maximum flexibility for safety applications. The IP67 protected ST4 sensor heads are compact - about the same size as general purpose photoelectric sensors - simplifying retrofits. Meanwhile, the control unit offers sensor diagnostics and sophisticated, yet easy to configure, muting control. ST4 sensor heads, muting sensors and muting lamps are all connected directly to the controller, for maximum simplicity.
