Big blower delivers 1.5m3/min but draws only 6.5A
Air Control Industries' new backward bladed 9MS11 multi-stage centrifugal
blower delivers around 1.5m3/min at 60in H2O static pressure, yet its
230V three-phase 80Hz motor draws just 6.5A. The supply voltage into the
inverter is 240V single-phase 50Hz from a standard 13A ring main. The
blower is very quiet, ACI claims, and its modular design enables an OEM
to select the number of stages required for an application. A range of
power supply options is also included.
