Epoxy Resists Sterilisation

Master Bond's EP42HT-2 room temperature curing, two-component epoxy is a useful adhesive for medical device applications, as it is able to withstand repeated sterilisation procedures, including radiation, ethylene oxide, chemical sterilizers and steam. The epoxy is also resistant to inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, organic solvents and aromatic hydrocarbons.
