Innovation in design and manufacture returns to Farnborough

The UK's premier annual trade fair, Southern Manufacturing & Electronics, concluded its most successful show to date in early February 2025. Celebrating its 28th anniversary this year, the international event will again see equally strong visitor attendance, exceeding 10,000, and more than 500 exhibitors.

As usual, the expo will take place in the world-class Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, from 3-5 February 2026.

The ability to meet vendors and experts not just from all over the UK, but also from continental Europe and further afield, is invaluable and should not be missed.

The show offers a targeted and efficient opportunity to solve current development bottlenecks and plan for future projects. Modern product concepts are increasingly intertwined with the manufacturability of the final item, demanding that designers not only conceive ingenious ideas, but also understand the capabilities, material constraints and processing methods available from their supply partners. The 2026 exhibition is specifically engineered to bridge this gap, serving as a live marketplace where ideas meet execution.
