Simpler Locking For Aluminium Door Frames

Machine doors built from 40x40 extruded aluminium have hitherto been latched or locked, usually in one position, against the outer frame. Now, with Machine Building Systems' new locking system, all you need is a single central handle that operates twin shot-bolts at the top and bottom of the door. The dual connecting rods slide within the central bore of any 40x40 line-8 profile; the shot bolts then engage in the slots in the outer frame, creating a neat and unobtrusive installation. The shot bolts have O-rings at the tips to dampen any rattling, should the machine be subject to vibration.
