Industry professionals invited to explore the real-world impact of AI

Marketing teams in the automation, laboratory and manufacturing sectors are being offered a rare chance to cut through the hype surrounding artificial intelligence and learn how to make it work for their businesses.

On 30 September 2025, GAMBICA, along with technical PR agency Stone Junction, will host an online session for its members that examines the role of AI in marketing, with practical guidance for applying the technology to content creation, data analysis and audience targeting.

The one-hour webinar will be led by Richard Stone, Managing Director of Stone Junction. With more than two decades of experience shaping communications for engineering and technology firms, Stone has advised organisations on how to approach emerging tools with confidence and practical insight.

“AI hallucinates too much to be useful. Everything it produces has intellectual property question marks. Teams fear it will take their jobs,” explained Stone.

“But used correctly it can give marketing teams superpowers rather than replace them. This session will show how to make AI work for STEM marketers, rather than against them.”

The webinar will explore how AI can enhance content generation and marketing efficiency while avoiding pitfalls such as over-automation or diluted brand voice. Drawing on real campaigns and recent innovations, Stone will provide practical advice for integrating AI into marketing workflows without losing authenticity or technical accuracy.

“Many businesses know AI could transform their marketing but hesitate because of the preconceived risks,” he added. “I’ll show how to experiment safely and get results while keeping control of your brand identity.”

AI Marketing with Stone Junction will take place online from 10:30-11:30 on 30 September 2025, with joining instructions sent to registered delegates. Places are limited and GAMBICA members can register now on the event website.
