The components feature patented “push-in stranded” technology, which allows solid and flexible wires to be connected without terminals or other tools, significantly reducing wiring time.

Designed for a rated voltage of up to 300V at a maximum of 10A, the connectors also tolerate operating temperatures from -40°C to +105°C.

They are particularly suitable for use in safety-related applications such as energy storage systems, data centers or factory automation. The PS series connectors can be requested directly from Rutronik.

The extremely robust connectors are available in 2- to 24-pin versions with a pin pitch of 3.5mm for cables with a diameter of 20 – 16 AWG.

Developers also benefit from compatibility with existing headers, which allows for easy replacement or upgrades.

Benefits at a glance:
• Number of pins available: 2 to 24
• Operating temperatures: -40°C to +105°C
• UL-certified for 10A or 300V
• Eight different housing colours
• Labelling possible
• For cables with diameters from approx. 0.5 mm2 to 1.3 mm2 (20 – 16 AWG)

Application examples:
• Factory automation
