I have spent the best part of 30 years in the world of power transmission, and I work with maintenance engineers, helping solve a wide range of drive problems. From providing fit-for-purpose solutions, to troubleshooting a customer’s shock load drive issues, there is always a way to minimise drive failures.
In my experience, there are three things to consider when looking to promote drive longevity, and these can be summed up by going ‘back to basics’ with the belts.
