Leroy Somer has established a geared motor assembly centre at its site in
Skelmersdale. The facility is expected to help end-users and OEMs in the
selection and specification of motor/gearbox combinations, as well as
guaranteeing a quick turnaround. Motors with modifications are normally
available for same-day despatch, while more complex work (eg fitting of
brakes) can be completed overnight for next-day despatch.
