Software options extend 'Servo PLC' functionality
Lenze has introduced three new IEC61131-3 compliant software options for
its Servo PLC system, covering positioning, cam profiling and dancer-arm
control. The positioning module provides up to 128 freely programmable
drive profiles, while the CamDesigner package is able to store up to 48
cam profiles. Servo PLC combines PLC functionality with a servo drive,
concentrating intelligence and processing power within the drive to save
on build and communications costs.
