The stand will also feature the latest cooling fans and stepper motors developed and manufactured by Sanyo Denki Co. Ltd.

EAO will be displaying its latest introductions in industrial and automotive switches, CAN bus keypads and joysticks. Visitors will be able to see the company’s latest additions to a range of switches that now include vandal-resistant, metal-bodied devices that feature both IP67 compliance and illuminated legends.

Variants with integrated cables and
an M12 connector will also be on show together with 316L-compliant devices constructed in stainless steel, especially for food manufacturing applications.

Automotive devices
EAO devices for vehicular applications showing on Stand L50 include enhancements to the manufacturer’s popular Series 09 range.

The new additions include RGB halo and symbol illuminated 2-, 6- and 8-way keypads and Rotary Cursor Control joysticks that offer a choice of CAN bus or hardwired interfaces, both with
interchangeable legends.

Also available are single pushbutton switches that can be supplied with any illuminated ISO 7000 or custom symbol to facilitate simple integration and configuration in almost any vehicle interior.

Sanyo Denki – Specialists in thermal management and motion control
As the UK’s principal representative for Japanese thermal management and motion control specialist Sanyo Denki, EAO will also take the opportunity presented by Stand L50 at the Southern Manufacturing Show
to present the manufacturer’s latest high airflow and static pressure, axial, counter-rotating and centrifugal fans for demanding cooling applications.

Leading the Sanyo Denki charge will be its range of IP68-rated long-life fans, which tolerate extremes of temperature and are both water- and shock-proof.

Visitors to Stand L50 will also be able to see the Sanyo Denki Sanmotion range of stepper motors and high current drivers that now includes motors with frame sizes
that range from 14mm to 106mm, and the next-generation 56mm and 42mm motors that operate with 3dB(A) less noise than standard motors, but deliver up to 40 percent higher torque, the company says.

The improved positioning accuracy and closed-loop control of these new devices has been achieved using integrated optical encoder and driver technology.
