Lenze has extended its range of Motec decentralised and motor-mounted
inverters to include ratings up to 7.5kW. These IP65 protected products
feature 180% starting torque, 1.0Hz minimum frequency and 0.5% speed
holding accuracy. Motec units up to 2.2kW can be mounted in any
orientation up to a metre away from the motor. From 3kW, wall mounting is
possible using a special adaptor with integral cooling fan.
