Visitors to Hall 3C, Booth 320, will be able to experience technologies that span the production lifecycle – from designing to operating, to maintaining processes.

“Industrial companies can see first-hand how smart manufacturing solutions, coupled with the expertise and technology from partners in the global Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork ecosystem, can help them achieve their digital transformation goals and optimise their industrial operations.

Rockwell Automation and Germany-based partner GEA, one of the world’s largest system suppliers for the food and beverage industry and pharmaceuticals, will show how customers can achieve improved efficiency and productivity through integrated solutions: a digital demo of a GEA separator will explain how manufacturers can achieve enhanced centrifuge control and optimised performance through digitalisation.

The GEA machine can be
equipped with Rockwell Automation solutions, including FactoryTalk GuardianAI, which facilitates continuous condition-based monitoring.

“Rockwell Automation helps companies navigate their digital transformation journey with artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and through sustainable practices,” said Uwe Keiter, OEM Director And Managing Director of Germany, Rockwell Automation.

“Our solutions enable customers to achieve greater productivity by enabling their workforce, building resilience and minimising environmental impact.”

Highlights at the Rockwell Automation booth include:

• Artificial intelligence: Industrial companies can experience the power of generative AI to simplify programming for logic controllers and the Logix platform line with FactoryTalk Design Studio Copilot software. Additionally, FactoryTalk Analytics GuardianAI helps manufacturers and machine builders optimise maintenance and minimise downtime by predicting asset failures. The AI-powered maintenance analytics tool and CMMS solution Fiix
Foresight analyses data to optimise maintenance operations, helping organisations reduce downtime, optimise inventory, and improve decision-making

• Digital engineering: As part of the design process stage and within the FactoryTalk Design Hub, the Emulate3D dynamic digital twin software facilitates faster time-to-market, reduces costs, and enhances workforce competency, while the FactoryTalk Twin Studio platform enables virtual design, commissioning, and training. Through real-time data and predictive maintenance models, FactoryTalk Optix HMI visualisation software and FactoryTalk Logix Echo emulation software help optimise operations and minimise downtime

• Cybersecurity: Verve, the OT/ICS security platform from Rockwell Automation, helps industrial companies enhance their cybersecurity resilience by providing a comprehensive view of their operational technology (OT) threat landscape. This allows companies to prioritise and address vulnerabilities faster and more efficiently

• Sustainable industrial operations: To meet sustainability objectives, obtaining energy and production insights at every level is key. The integrated solutions by Rockwell Automation allow machine builders to advance and accelerate their sustainability efforts, while the FactoryTalk Energy Manager platform helps manufacturers identify savings, define metrics, and optimise energy use

• Autonomous material handling: OTTO by Rockwell Automation will demonstrate how to unlock higher levels of productivity, safety and sustainability by exhibiting the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) OTTO 100

• Data usability: To empower DataOps teams and data analysts, the cloud-based FactoryTalk DataMosaix software provides controlled access to contextualised data for faster data utilisation to allow for secure, company-wide access to data, enabling better decision-making across locations

Visitors to the Rockwell booth at
SPS can also experience a wide variety of additional solutions, including the newly launched process safety offering Logix SIS integrated safety solution that is designed to help meet safety integrity levels (SIL) 2 to 3.

The highly flexible motion-control solution for moving heavy payloads with speed and precision, iTRAK 5750 intelligent track system, will also be showcased.

“Rockwell Automation is dedicated to creating the future of industrial operations, from single machines to global enterprises, by driving digital transformation and delivering value at every stage,” said Jan Van Den Bossche, Regional Vice President, Technology and Domain Expertise, Rockwell Automation.

“We offer the technology and the domain expertise to break down barriers and empower companies with the data and insights they need to exceed operational goals.”
