The EU has set a global precedent by introducing the AI Act, the world's first comprehensive regulation on artificial intelligence. This landmark regulation is designed to ensure that AI technologies developed and deployed within the EU are aligned with fundamental human rights, whilst providing a supportive environment for innovation and investment.
