Motor control centre design tool

Rittal has released a software tool to aid the specification and design of motor control centres (MCCs), allowing drawings and parts lists to be completed in minutes. The ‘Power Engineering’ software can produce drawings of any Form 4 type panel, which not only incorporates the front view general arrangement but also the internal view, including mounting plate detail and busbars.

Later modifications or additions are quickly accommodated and easily exported in DWG file format, while completed drawings and parts lists can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet. Pricing is also easily incorporated, allowing quotes to be generated in seconds.
