Stratasys has introduced a new modelling material blend of polycarbonate
and ABS plastic that is suitable for rapid prototyping. Manufacturers of
PC-ABS products now have the advantage of being able to model from the
same material as their end-products, allowing early and accurate
predictions of mechanical performance. The blend is significantly
stronger than ABS and the feature detail is similar to that of Stratasys
ABS modelling material. It is available in the UK from Laser Lines.
