That’s why Binder+Co, an Austrian developer of screen systems, partnered with WEG to develop its new BIVITEC e+ screening machine. The result? Operational energy savings of more than 60 percent.

The ongoing market challenges will put immense pressure on raw material processors and impact product screening and processing in a variety of ways. First, economic uncertainties will drive fluctuating demand, and create a need for adaptive screen processes that can align manufacturers’ production with these market shifts. Second, shortages in skilled labour will encourage the use of automated screening solutions that can ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

Third, the challenges will create a need for fast and accurate screening processes that can help avert delays, without sacrificing product quality. Lastly, they must meet evolving environmental standards.
