Growth is being driven by manufacturing, oil/gas, energy, and transport. Manufacturing, in particular, has evolved rapidly with IIoT, robots/cobots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems automating production lines, optimising workflows, and reducing human error.

The HMI panel PCs at the heart of this revolution must be cocooned in protective enclosures that do much more than simply safeguard them – aesthetics and ergonomics are equally critical. No longer is it enough for modern factories and their production lines to be tough, reliable and efficient; they must also be beautiful, reflecting the pristine precision of automation systems in today’s modern age of IIoT, digitalisation and cleanrooms.
