WDS Components broadens hinge range with new designs and types

WDS Components has expanded its hinge range with new designs, including quick-release, cabinet, strap, weldable bullet, and continuous hinges. All hinges are made of stainless steel, making them suitable for marine, food, and beverage applications.

The quick-release hinges provide added security while enabling easy door removal. Available in two designs, they allow for infrequent or frequent maintenance needs. With 22 size options, these stainless steel hinges accommodate various door weights and dimensions.

The expanded cabinet and strap hinge selection is designed for securing larger doors. Made of highly polished stainless steel, they are suitable for heavy-duty outdoor use and hygienic environments, such as marine, agriculture, and food and beverage applications. Different sizes and designs cater to diverse requirements.

The newly introduced weldable bullet hinges are narrow, cylindrical hinges installed by welding. Positioned on the outside of doors, they offer secure attachment in situations where space limitations prevent the use of fasteners. Available in various sizes, including stainless steel options, some versions feature a grease port for regular lubrication.

WDS has also expanded its range of continuous hinges, also known as piano hinges. They provide stability, prevent finger traps, and are available in pre-cut sizes starting from 1m. Options include stainless steel and zinc-coated steel materials.
