The range of automation solutions from Camozzi Pneumatics has expanded again with the introduction of the new Series CLR micro pressure regulators. These regulators are available with 1/8 and 1/4 ports and are ultra lightweight (35g and 50g respectively) due to their reduced dimensions and the techno-polymer banjo.
Series CLR is typically used in-line between a valve and actuator. However, these micro pressure regulators provide the design engineer with many mounting options. With a threaded top part of the body both direct mounting to a valve outlet (1/8 and 1/4 threads) and panel mounting are easily facilitated. Due to the direct mounting option and the fact that these pressure regulators are shaped like flow regulators a space saving solution is ensured.
The pressure is precisely regulated simply by turning the polymer knob with a locking nut available to set the desired output. Outlet pressures range from 0.5 to 10 bar with inlet pressures from 2 to 10 bar.
High flow rates are also exhibited (1/8 = 160Nl/min and 1/4 = 270Nl/min) making Series CLR micro pressure regulators responsive and suitable for a wide range of automation applications.
