This spirit is evident in BWT Alpine F1 Team, permeating throughout and right into the heart of research and development. It is a continuous cycle that never stops and, along
with the contributions of technical partners, it plays a crucial role in helping the organisation reach its targets and goals.

Based in Enstone, United Kingdom, BWT Alpine F1 Team has been
collaborating with 3D Systems and using the company’s technologies in its core operations since 1998. The team was an early adopter of additive manufacturing for prototyping, with its early uses including
aerodynamic wind tunnel optimisation, function and fit design verification, as well as the manufacture and utilisation of jigs and fixtures for accurate assembly.

Over the many years of collaboration, 3D Systems’
application engineers have worked in tandem with BWT Alpine F1 Team to help it understand and seize the opportunities, materials, and methodologies that are available to it.
