‘Plug-and-play’ portable conveyors get moving with VFD technology

Portable conveyors used in a range of construction and industrial situations demand reliable variable frequency drive technology.

Innovative portable conveyors used in harsh environments (including construction and material handling management) require tough variable frequency drive (VFD) technology to control their speed accurately, depending on the quantity and type of material being transported.

Conveyor specialist, InterQuip (based in the United States and the United Kingdom), needed a VFD capable of withstanding the often tough environments in which it would operate, while ensuring operators could easily control the product’s motion.
