“Charging stations are the most crucial part of running any electric vehicle and it’s necessary that we offer multiple solutions for all charge point applications" comments
Will Darby, Managing Director for Carlo Gavazzi UK.

The latest CTM solution provides load balancing with maximum installation flexibility. When an EV charging manufacturer has implemented basic
functionalities into their charging station whereby only the current is monitored, then the CTM2Z is a quick and easy solution for any retrofit installation.

By using split core
current sensor technology, no primary wiring modifications are needed in an existing installation therefore there is no need to disconnect or modify the power cables during installation.
The CTM is 100A with a hole diameter of 16mm and 33.33 mA output (turn ratio = 3000).

The result is a compact split core solution that can be easily installed.
