According to a new survey from Make UK, over 90 percent of manufacturers cited the pandemic as the single biggest disruption to supply chains, followed closely by the UK’s exit from the EU. These events have led to spiralling energy, labour, transport and material costs, with the war in Ukraine and China’s ongoing lockdowns likely to exacerbate problems even more.
