As the popularity of EtherCAT rises, Carlo Gavazzi has launched an additional IIoT device to its range of NRG solid state relays. The latest controller uses EtherCat to interface with the main controller
to provide reliable transmission of machine data, process parameters and diagnostic data. This provides a powerful solution which meets the demand for faster communication of data transfer and exchange – providing real-time data monitoring,
prevention of machine breakdown and accurate troubleshooting.

The NRG platform offers real-time monitoring and is focused on optimising manufacturing operations quickly and efficiently providing the user with more cost-effective processes, real-time data monitoring, prevention
of machine breakdown and accurate troubleshooting. Increasing productivity and limiting supply chain disruption.

The NRG Series is an ideal solution for machine builders whereby data collection and remote access have become top priority, satisfying
the requirements for many manufacturing. Adoption of the NRG Series allows manufacturers to quickly switch to state-of-the-art, Industry 4.0 technologies to drive new business, boost quality, increase productivity, and sustainability and alleviate the impact of labour shortages.
