The TKSR is a highly compact model from KABELSCHLEPP Metool, designed for use in aerial lifts. Elsewhere, steel cable carriers continue to prove their worth in the traditional applications of heavy machinery manufacturing, steelworks, mining and deep drilling. Depending on the design, steel carriers can withstand temperature loads or application-dependent maximum values of up to 400°C for short periods; stainless steel versions can even withstand temperatures of up to 1,000°C for short periods. produced a differentiated range of products tailored to the respective operating and environmental conditions, with corresponding design details. For example, KABELSCHLEPP designs the side bands with link plates in different geometries, including an open stroke system with a self-cleaning effect, in order to minimise wear caused by dirt and to achieve the longest possible service life. The lack of maintenance and lubrication also extends the service life, as all STEEL-LINE products do not require lubrication and are therefore maintenance-free.
