New THR headers with a 7.62mm pitch

Phoenix Contact is introducing new THR headers with a 7.62mm pitch. The horizontal and vertical headers made of heat-resistant plastic have been designed specially for the requirements of SMT soldering processes.

The smooth suction surfaces and the optional delivery in belt form allow the components to be picked up and processed automatically.

The headers are connection-compatible with the LPC 6 and PC 6 series with a pitch of 7.62mm. This means that devices with different connection technologies can be realised without any extra outlay. The THR headers are suitable for currents up to 41 A and voltages up to 1,000 V. The 2- to 6-position versions are available with a middle flange as an option and provide increased touch protection in the pin connector pattern in accordance with IEC/UL 61800-5-1. Moreover, hybrid versions are available for the space-saving combination of signals and power.
