In this article, we are going to be looking at ways in which shorter assembly times can be achieved with CamdenBoss’s latest enclosure, the Easy Assembly Electronics Enclosure, and how this can translate to be more profitable for assembly houses.
The Easy Assembly Electronics Enclosure makes use of a unique dual-action lid, featuring a push-button clip mechanism that attaches the lid to the base. This allows the lid to be attached quickly and easily, without the need to screw down the lid. With this feature, it provides faster assembly over conventional lids and, therefore, offers cost savings. If this isn’t necessary for you and you prefer a conventional method, then the lid is reversible and can be turned 180°, where a brass insert will then line up with the buttonhole. This will allow a countersunk screw to be used.
