Track Rollers Tolerate Skewed Running And Tilting

The 'optimised INA profile' - which was first used by INA in a range of track rollers based on cylindrical elements - has now been adopted in a new range of yoke and stud type needle element track rollers. The track rollers now have contact seals with plastic axial plain washers that reduce friction, improving performance under skewed running and tilting. A hexagonal socket is built into both ends of the stud type roller for easier fitting; the feature enables an Allen key to be applied to the flanged end, while the fixing nut on the threaded stud end is tightened. Re-lubrication is also now possible from either end.
