Sherborne Sensors has introduced the LSI range of self-contained, precision, gravity referenced servo inclinometers. The 5V dc output device is available in several angular ranges up to ±90° with choices of single ended or bi-polar power supplies. Although designed for less harsh environments than Sherborne's LSOC range, the LSI inclinometer is still able to operate over a broad temperature range and will survive shocks in excess of 500g.
The LSI range is suitable for applications that cannot justify an LSOC inclinometer, but which still needs a sensor with a precision and range of input options over and above that offered by lower cost mass market products. LSI is available immediately in standard ranges or bespoke versions can be tailored to suit specific customer requirements.
