RS Components in 2019 and beyond

This month, I had the pleasure of speaking with Pete Malpas, Managing Director, Northern Europe (UK, Ireland & Scandinavia) at RS Components about the company’s five-year strategic plan and why they are so enthusiastic when it comes to STEM.

Pete has been in the industry for around 30-35 years and is passionate about all things engineering, design and innovation. An engineer by trade, he started off his career as a design engineer before moving into a more commercial arena as National Sales Manager of Festo, then Group Sales Director of IMO Precision Controls and UK Group Sales Director of Brammer Group before joining RS Components in 2016 as Director of Sales & Customer Service – Northern Europe. He recently took over from Mike England as Managing Director, Northern Europe (UK, Ireland & Scandinavia) and offered me an exclusive insight into RS Components in 2019 and beyond.
