The MTS Temposonics RP and RH magnetostrictive position sensors, which are available from RDP Electronics , provide an accurate, absolute position and velocity measurement. The RP and RH models are available with a choice of single or dual versions offering dual position measurement, or position and velocity. Integrated electronics give options for analogue voltage or current output. An optional programmer enables field adjustment of zero and span set points. Ranges between 50 mm to 7,600mm are available and include LED sensor diagnostics.
