Vantico has added Araldite 2027 to its engineering adhesives range. The
two-component polyurethane product can be used to bond a variety of
composites, engineering plastics and metals, without need for priming.
The material is highly thixotropic and will fill gaps of up to 10mm. It
cures at room temperature, requiring around 90 minutes to reach handling
strength.
Araldite 2027 is available in dual-barrel cartridges (with static mixers
and either manual or pneumatically operated dispensing guns), in working
packs or in cans and drums for high volume applications.
