This month features a session entitled, Higher RPM and Dynamics in Torque Measurements: A Trend? With the introduction of the electric motors and electric drives in vehicles now operating at significantly higher speeds, electromobility testing poses a greater challenge for torque measurement technology. This webinar covers the impact of these challenges and the approach engineers can take to address them.

Also taking place this month is the Road Load Data Acquisition and Vehicle Testing with CAN FD webinar, which covers the benefits CAN FD software has for automotive test engineers involved with RLDA and vehicle dynamics. It will explain how CAN FD combines analog sensors, vehicle bus information, position and movement (GNSS), plus a camera to provide engineers with full picture of what’s happening inside vehicles, as they undergo testing.

As many industries have an increasing interest in composite based structures, there will be a webinar highlighting the best strain gauge installation methods within this area. Titled Composite Materials – Practical Hints for Strain Gauge Installations and Measurements, this session helps those involved with structural measurement, by covering the best methods for installing strain gauges on – or in – composite materials for durability testing or monitoring.
