Camozzi introduces updated Series PR precision regulators

Camozzi Automation Ltd has introduced a new variant in its Series PR range of precision regulators with manual override.

Complementing the existing PR1, PR2 is now available in two thread options 1/4” and 3/8”.

The new product employs the same pressure regulation feature with multiple diaphragms as is used in PR1, combining it with a larger passage section that, by means of poppets, increases flow to over 4000NI/min.

Improvements to sensitivity, regulation stability and high flow were all key objectives in the development of PR2 and many of the features of the new regulator have also been incorporated into PR1, thereby enhancing its performance.

Series PR are ideal for applications that require a precise and stable air pressure control. The operating principle with multiple diaphragms allows reaction to even the smallest pressure variations that may occur during use, giving a far more precise and accurate performance than a traditional regulator, whilst also better regulating exhaust pressure and reducing the need for maintenance.
